Threshing Floor Deliverance Baptist Church is a place of hope and healing enabled by Christ's transformative love. We are dedicated to service, spreading the love of God throughout the community by obeying the commands of Christ to love one another as He has loved us.
'STARS'
(Starting Tomorrow's Achievers Reaching for Success)
The Stars Program is our outreach ministry to aid in the education of our children through nurture, and instruction. Through the STARS program we also provide scholarships for students seeking higher education through the Annie Mae Carter-Burrows Scholarship.
Elder Care
It is our desire to minister to the elderly in our community by conducting worship services at senior communities and provide services that will improve their quality of life.
Babies Momma Drama Club
Empowering our fathers to develop endearing, and enduring relationships with their children. Equipping them to be able to work with their children's mother so that their children will have the advantage of having their dads present and active in their lives.
Our Youth Ministry
We are developing dynamic disciples for service to the kingdom by teaching our children that they are loved by God, and His purpose for their lives begins at the moment of their acceptance of Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Our Music Ministry
Music is a vital part of the worship experience. We are blessed to have some of God's anointed servants helping to usher us into the presence of our amazing God.
Our Community Outreach
The late Rev. Dr. Harold E. Trammel authored a compelling book entitled 'Church Alive'. Where he explained how a vibrant and thriving church has at its core a ministry that is designed to take the message of the gospel to the world by adherence to the Great Commission found in Matt.28:18-20 which says "Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples: baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I will be with you always, to the end of the age." (GNT)
